The Sensible Company's Super Sensible Return Policy

*Note* Any "free + shipping" items on our site do not qualify for refunds, unless received damaged or broken, and proof with an image is sent to our customer support (help@getsensible.co) and verified.

Our policy is simple. It's a 90-day, no-hassle, money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy return process. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (but reach out to us anyway and we'll see if there is anything else we can do to make you happy).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. We understand you want to test your products out, so while we prefer returned products to be unused, we will accept them if they are lightly used.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Send an email to help@getsensible.co with "Return" as the subject line
  2. Include in the email your original order number, receipt, or some other proof of purchase.
  3. Tell us why you want to return the item.
  4. Tell us if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  5. That's it! There is no step number 5.

After that, you'll receive an email from us within 24 hours with a return shipping label and any additional information you may need to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer because that will not help you get a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
